We are pleased to confirm that after the opening support for our current project at Conifer Rise, Titchfield, we have finalised the addition of our new Equity Partners ‘DS Procure Partners Ltd.The Procure MD, Darren Shelley, will be our primary support partner for ongoing short- and long-term development objectives.‘Mike Gould, the Firgrove MD, confirms that Darren Shelley, the DS Procure MD, is now going to provide us with ancillary support packages for ongoing projects, where there is a need for a bespoke approach in converting any required additional funding behind our primary lenders’.We have a strong development pipeline over the next 3 years, currently valued at £17 million across our development land bank. Our PM package for the delivery of all Cost Reporting for the Oxford Ellison project has been secured by Laing O'Rourke.Our package, which delivered all financial reporting and SORs (Schedule of Rates), assisted in securing the successful award of this prestigious project on Oxford Science Park.The HVAC Ventilation package is awarded at a value of circa £5.6 million, including conventional Ventilation and Fire-Rated systems.
FAM has secured a further extension to its Engineering services to Laing Orourke, via its M&E arm Crown House Technologies.This package includes full Ventilation support and estimating to include cost planning and internal discipline allocation.
Firgrove PM has been selected as the Project Managers for our client Tidebank, to deliver a staged Commercial Development at HMS Daedalus.Firgrove will be managing the full turnkey package to deliver this exciting project with our new clients Tidebank.
Firgrove Group are now entering final negotiations with WCC to secure the S73 changes to its scheme at The Dean in Alresford. Current consent is retained as 8 Apartments and 3 Townhouses, which we are requesting be amended to a total of 6 properties across the two rows as set out in the current planning consent aligned with the Winchester Master Plan.
