We are pleased to confirm that Paul Grocott at PG Consulting has joined Firgrove as our Land Director. Paul is a long-term friend of MD Mike Gould and was also an associate back in 2015.

Paul has now joined to support our current Land Bank and to add opportunities to expand our current 3-year pipeline, approaching £16-17 million. Paul will now be managing all development opportunities, current and future, to enable

Mike Gould, the Firgrove MD, confirms that ‘with Paul joining Firgrove, we can further consolidate our development objectives, along with introducing diversification, adding opportunities in various sectors including Care, HMOs, and Urban Regeneration’.

‘This will also allow our Construction Director, Bill Williams, to focus on primary construction delivery for our Development and Project Management order book’.

We are pleased to confirm that after the opening support for our current project at Conifer Rise, Titchfield, we have finalised the addition of our new Equity Partners ‘DS Procure Partners Ltd.

The Procure MD, Darren Shelley, will be our primary support partner for ongoing short- and long-term development objectives.

‘Mike Gould, the Firgrove MD, confirms that Darren Shelley, the DS Procure MD, is now going to provide us with ancillary support packages for ongoing projects, where there is a need for a bespoke approach in converting any required additional funding behind our primary lenders’.

We have a strong development pipeline over the next 3 years, currently valued at £17 million across our development land bank. With the additional support from Darren within Procure, we will now be looking to diversify into Strategic Sectors including Care, HMOs and Land Re Generation.

Firgrove Group are now entering final negotiations with WCC to secure the S73 changes to its scheme at The Dean in Alresford. Current consent is retained as 8 Apartments and 3 Townhouses, which we are requesting be amended to a total of 6 properties across the two rows as set out in the current planning consent aligned with the Winchester Master Plan.

Firgrove Group successfully secured the development site at Conifer Rise, which provides 5 newly consented properties.

Firgrove have successfully acquired the site at Kingfishers in Titchfield with the planning consent for 2 large executive properties.

The Dean is now having an overview on the overall planning consent for its scheme within the WCC Master Plan, taking advantage of all available planning enhancements.
